  • Nationwide Shipping: We ship our baked goods to all 50 U.S. states via insulated, temperature-controlled packaging. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

2. Delivery & Shipping Timing

  • Local Delivery: Estimated 1–3 business days from order confirmation. Free delivery for orders over $35 (before tax); standard delivery fee of $5 applies to orders under $35.
  • Nationwide Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days from order dispatch. We ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays (to preserve freshness).
  • No Guaranteed Timing: Delivery/shipping times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers (e.g., weather, logistics, or holidays) or recipient unavailability.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Local delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our bakery (2851 Larimer St, Denver, CO 80205).
  • Nationwide shipping fees vary by package weight and destination (starting at $8.99). We offer free nationwide shipping for orders over $75.

4. Delivery & Shipping Process

  • Local Delivery: Our team or trusted local partners will deliver your order. We prioritize contactless delivery—your order will be left at your door, and you will receive a text/email notification when it arrives. For in-person handoff, note this in the “Special Instructions” field at checkout.
  • Nationwide Shipping: Orders are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain freshness. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

5. Delivery/Shipping Issues

  • Unavailable Recipient: For local delivery, if we cannot contact you or access your address, we will attempt to reach you 2 times (over 15 minutes). If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our bakery. You may request re-delivery (for a $3 fee) or pickup within 24 hours—unclaimed orders will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.
