  • Order Cancellation/Modification: You may cancel or modify online orders up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery/pickup. In-store orders or same-day deliveries cannot be canceled once prepared. For custom items (e.g., personalized cakes), cancellations require 48 hours’ notice.
